I am originally from the Western Slope of Colorado. I received my undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University. Then, I moved to Salt Lake City, where I received my Masters in the Art of Teaching from Westminster College. I taught second grade for one year and then fourth grade for one year at Sunrise Elementary. I moved to Ogden and taught 6th grade for two years. Now, I am back and so excited to be with Sunrise 4th graders again! I am extremely passionate math and my goal is to make every student in my love math as much as I do!
Outside of school, I love hiking, gardening, boating, jeeping, playing volleyball, building furniture & spending time with my dogs, friends, and family.
